Taking a leaf out of history....

Bayeuxfields is an award-winning development by Pentland Homes in Terlingham Village, Hawkinge. It takes its name from Bayeux in Normandy, the bishop of which was granted the Hundred of Folkestone by William I following his conquest in 1066.

The development has 78 properties catering for a range of lifestyles from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom detached houses. Homes are designed using a mix of contemporary and traditional materials with floor-to-ceiling glazing, timber weatherboarding, clay tile hanging, brickwork and colour rendering. Many incorporate a double-height, glazed conservatory next to the open plan living area, giving a feeling of space which is enhanced by the use of floor-to-ceiling glazing in the entrance halls and bedrooms.

Every home is finished to a high standard with quality specification and integrated appliances. Their design was recognised at the 2006 What House Awards when the Hever house type, a five-bedroom detached house, won a gold award for best house.

Hawkinge is three miles from Folkestone. The M20 is two miles away.

There is a selection of three, four and five-bedroom homes available with prices ranging from £229,000 to £389,000. For details call 01303 893080.
