Gillingham's open training session at Priestfield - all you need to know

Gillingham are holding an open training session at Priestfield on Thursday.

Fans will get the chance to see the players train on the pitch from 12pm.

Entrance is free and the Gills players will be available after the 45-minute session to fans and sign autographs.

The meet and greet will take place between 1.15pm and 2pm in the Great Hall at Priestfield.

Boss Steve Evans is keen for the fans to get the opportunity to get up close and personal.

Evans said: "The kids are off school now and whether it’s grandparents or mums and dads, please bring them down.

"They will get the opportunity to watch the Gills train and then meet them in the hall for photographs and selfies.

"We’ve done it at every club we’ve managed and the response has been brilliant. It will be brilliant with Gillingham I am sure and we are looking forward to seeing the fans."

The Medway Stand will be open from 11.30am.
