A large emergency services presence descended on a street in Gillingham to attend to a medical incident.
Multiple police and ambulance vehicles were seen in Duncan Road, near the train station at around 2.50pm this afternoon.
The road was closed for some time while ambulance services attended to a man.
An eyewitness said: "My partner and I were waiting to pick up his kids, and we were talking to his ex partner she suddenly says "that man has fainted, go and help him".
"We ran over and I took out my phone and rang the emergency services straight away.
"When I got to the man I checked to all the normal vitals, as I am a first aider.
"By this time there was a crowd around the man I continued helping until the ambulance crew came and took over."
A police spokesperson confirmed that the emergency services were at the scene responding to a medical incident.
The condition of the person involved is not known.
