Delays on eastbound M2 after Junction 4 due to accident

There are lengthy delays on the M2 following an earlier crash that has left the motorway partially blocked.

The accident happened between J4 A278 Hoath Way (Gillingham) and J5 A249 (Sittingbourne/Stockbury) on the eastbound carriageway.

There are no reports yet of any injuries, but motorists should expect delays.
