A Maidstone United footballer who was accused of using a stolen card to gamble £16,000 at a London casino has been cleared of all charges.
Blair Turgott, 23, walked free after a jury found him not guilty of fraud and converting criminal property following a retrial at Southwark Crown Court.
An ex-West Ham United player and former England youth international, Turgott joined Maidstone on loan from Boreham Wood earlier this season.
