Expect some delays on the A20 out of Maidstone

Motorists heading out of Maidstone towards Ashford are facing delays this morning.

A tree has fallen down and is blocking one lane of the A20 near Turkey Mill.

Police are on the scene directing traffic around the obstacle, while waiting for tree surgeons to arrive to chop up the tree.

Traffic is still moving, but expect some hold-ups.
