Police have released an efit of a man they want to question following a sexual assault.
A 41 year old woman was walking down Bower Place, Maidstone on April 23 at around 4am when she was approached from behind by a man who grabbed her, sexually assaulted her and ran off, taking her mobile phone.
The suspect is described as white, in his mid 20s, between 5ft 2ins and 5ft 4ins, clean shaven, with short dark hair, of medium build and was wearing light blue jeans and a light coloured top.
DI Susan Harper comments: “We’re still appealing to witnesses to this incident which is why we have taken the step of releasing this efit of the offender.
“I would urge anyone who may recognise this man to come forward and help us discover his identity.”
