GERARD GREENE has missed out on a place in the televised stages of the World Snooker Championships.
Greene, from Rainham, trailed Australian Neil Robertson by 9-3 at Prestatyn but fought back to win the next three frames.
However, Robertson regained his composure to take the match 10-6 and book a place in the first round at The Crucible in Sheffield.
