WICKETKEEPER Geraint Jones is expecting England to bounce back following their Ashes humiliation in Brisbane.
Kent's 30-year-old gloveman believes the tourists will put in a stronger showing second time around.
Speaking from the team hotel, Jones said: "I was very happy with my performance in the first Test but, as a team, we were disappointed with our display and the result.
"We didn't pitch up for the first three days at the Gabba and we were never really in the hunt. We made it easy for them to rotate the strike and deflate any pressure we tried to build.
"That's our big aim for Adelaide, to really bowl well in pairs and keep things much tighter."
