FIRE crews released a woman trapped after a three-vehicle collision that caused rush hour delays on the A249 on Friday morning.
The accident happened just before 8.40am, 200 metres from the Stockbury roundabout on the coastbound carriageway.
It involved a light goods vehicle and two cars.
The woman was stabilised by paramedics before being taken to hospital with what are described as minimal injuries.
