SIX people have been charged after police raids across the county targeting drugs crime.
More than 300 officers and staff, drawn from each of the nine policing areas in Kent, were involved in the raids on Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Police said that 29 arrests were made early on Tuesday morning, three more during the day and further arrests are expected in the future.
Of those arrested, six have been charged and remanded in custody for drug and theft offences. Three have been cautioned for drug offences and 20 have been bailed for a mixture of drug and theft offences.
A total of 35 warrants were served during the raids in Chatham, Gillingham and Sittingbourne.
Stolen property recovered during the operation is being returned to its owners.
