A man has been charged with production of cannabis and possession of cannabis.
Sidney Clark, 48, of Tonbridge Road, Barming has also been charged with abstraction of electricity.
Mr Clark has been bailed to appear before Maidstone magistrates on Tuesday, May 13.
In February this year he made headlines after being involved in an aircraft accident in Farthing Common, near Lyminge, south Kent.
