High winds set to batter Kent coast

Kent is set to be battered by gales later, as winds reach more than 60mph.

Forecasters say the coast could be worst hit, with the Met Office putting a severe weather warning in place.

The blustery conditions this afternoon could be bad enough to damage trees and cause some disruption to transport.
