CHARLIE COX: a director at Gillingham for more than half a century

CHARLIE COX, a former chairman of Gillingham Football Club, died today at his home near Canterbury. He was 75.

Mr Cox had been suffering from chest pains.

He was a director at Gillingham for 26 years and held the position of chairman between 1983 and 1986.
