Fire crews called to Medway Council offices

Staff at the Medway Council offices in Gun Wharf, Chatham were evacuated today after an automatic fire alarm went off.

The building at Gun Wharf, Chatham, was cleared while fire crews from Medway checked over the building. They were called to the scene at about 11.20am where they remained shortly before midday.

It has not been confirmed if it is a false alarm or not.
