Fatal crash victim named

A WOMAN driver killed in a two-car crash on the A26 last Wednesday morning has been identified as 56-year-old Veronica Kent who lived at Hadlow, near Tonbridge.

The accident occurred on Hadlow Road near to the entrance to Rhoden Farm just outside Tonbridge. Two vehicles, a Ford Escort and a Renault Laguna, were in involved in the collision.

Mrs Kent was declared dead at the scene. The male driver of the other vehicle was taken to the Kent and Sussex Hospital at Tunbridge Wells with chest and leg injuries. He was later discharged.
