Comedian Paul O'Grady is among people from Kent recognised in the Queen's birthday honours.

O'Grady, who lives in Aldington, near Ashford, has been awarded an MBE for services to entertainment.

Mark Worrall, the leader of Tonbridge and Malling Borough Council, has been given an OBE for public and voluntary service to local government.
