While people across Kent have been trying their best to keep fit during the coronavirus lockdown, one dad has taken things to the extreme.
YouTube star Matt Morsia, from Hythe, has completed an entire triathlon - in his house.
The former University of Kent student - who has 1.57 million subscribers to his YouTube channel MattDoesFitness - posted a hilarious video of the endurance test.
For the first leg of the "sprint triathlon" he completes a 400m swim in a 950-litre paddling pool on his patio in 10 minutes and 10 seconds.
Then the 34-year-old jumps straight onto a bike, cycling two miles on laps through his kitchen and living room in just over 42 minutes.
Although exhausted, he then runs a mile around his house in 12 minutes and 47 seconds before collapsing in a heap.
Breathless on the floor he says: "That was quite a weird thing to do, wasn't it? I've literally wrecked the house."
KentOnline revealed earlier this year how Matt had become the UK's number one fitness YouTuber.
But since the lockdown began, the former teacher's subscriber tally has now been eclipsed by Joe Wicks - whose daily live PE sessions have seen him rocket to 2.2 million subscribers.
