DAISH: "There is a big prize at the end of it"

Northwich Victoria v Gravesend & Northfleet

GRAVESEND & Northfleet will be hoping to progress into the last four of the FA Trophy when they travel to play Northwich Victoria in the quarter-final on Saturday.

Alex Varney could partner Charlie MacDonald in attack after impressing on his debut against Woking in midweek.

Gravesend manager Liam Daish said: "We beat them up there earlier in the season but that won't mean a lot. There is a big prize at the end of it and we'll be looking to progress into the next round."

Despite lying fourth in the Nationwide Conference table Daish is not worried about the possible prospect of a replay at Stonebridge Road.

He added: "If that's the case then so be it. Both teams will be looking to finish it there and then but we'll have to see what happens."

Danny Slatter is available after suspension, while Luke Moore and Stacy Long are expected to have recovered from injuries.
