Dr Abdulla Al-Humaidi gets his first real taste of FA Cup magic this weekend.
Ebbsfleet’s owner is over from Kuwait and will be watching their first-round clash with Doncaster on Saturday.
It’s the first time Fleet have got this far in the competition since the takeover by KEH Sports in 2013.
Dr Al-Humaidi said: “There’s no pressure on the team to win. Doncaster are in League 1 and I’ll be there just to watch some nice football being played.
“I want the lads to enjoy the game and try to come out with something, but there’s two levels between us and Doncaster so there’s no pressure.
“We’re the underdogs for this game but it’s football and you never know what might happen on Saturday.
“You have previous examples like Sutton last year playing Arsenal. We look forward to the game on Saturday and I’ll be there just enjoying the football and nothing else.
“If a win comes, that’s a bonus and if not, I’ll be happy as long as the team performs well.”
Ebbsfleet's new £5million main stand is now almost ready to open fully.
Dr Al-Humaidi said: “It shows our intentions, that we are very long-term owners of the club. We want to develop the club one step at a time.
“We are attached, not just to the football club but to the area and things will improve slowly, one step at a time.
“We’ll be working on the other stand in the next couple of months and slowly taking each of the four stands to make the ground a purpose-built stadium with all facilities available.”
