DISGRACED Kent GP, Clifford Ayling, jailed for sexually assaulting his female patients, still denies the crimes.
In a televion interview on Channel Four on Thursday night, the former Folkestone doctor, who is now in his 70s, said he was trying to help women.
He was jailed in 2000 after being found guilty of conducting the assaults between 1991 and 98.
