Dover have signed former Welling midfielder Nortei Nortey.
He's the second new arrival at Crabble in less than 24 hours after Emmanuel Adebowale.
Nortey started his career at Chelsea but was released at the age of 19.
He played for Welling in the National League in 2015/16, making 32 appearances as Wings finished bottom of the table.
Nortey joined Wrexham the following summer but played just six times for the Welsh side before moving on to Solihull Moors.
He turned out 18 times for the newly-promoted Midlanders and will wear the No.18 shirt at Dover.
