Dover have been handed home advantage again in the FA Trophy after the third round draw paired them with Vanarama National League rivals Guiseley.
The Leeds-based side won 2-1 at Dulwich Hamlet on Saturday, and travel to Crabble for the second time this season next month.
Chris Kinnear's side progressed with a 2-1 win over Southport, coming from behind thanks to goals by Sean Raggett and top scorer Ricky Miller.
Guiseley are 18th in the table and drew 0-0 in the league when the two sides met in September.
